All Elly Walters pieces are handcrafted in New York.
Each piece is made in small batches resulting in variations in form and finish. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship.

Delivery
Elly Walters is a new business currently shipping within the US only. We plan to offer International delivery as we continue to evolve and appreciate your patience.
Your order will be shipped via UPS and is expected to arrive approximately within one week after shipping, though delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Returns
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us at @info@ellywalters.com within 5 days of receipt. The costs associated with the return will be covered by you. Please keep all original packaging and pack and return your order in the same packaging and care it was provided to you. You are responsible for any deterioration of the value of the product due to the handling of the product.
Damaged or Broken Goods
All packages are double boxed in 100% paper based materials. If you receive an item damaged please email us at info@ellywalters.com within 5 days of delivery and we will replace your order or provide a refund. Photos of the damage must be provided for either scenario. Please re-use all original packaging and pack and return your order with the same care it was originally provided to you.
